This document outlines the technical aspects of the configuration of the RAWS module.

Overview

RAWS is a sub-module of PowerForce, therefore it derives its data from the scheduling module.

Server Configuration

The production server VESAPP01 hosts the main PowerForce database.

TEST Server Configuration

The test server VESAPP05 is configured with RAWS accessing a test version of the live production database.

SMS Interface

The SMS service is driven through Mobile Messenger (MM) SMS service. MM have configured the SMS reply number to auto forward the SMS response to an internally hosted web service at the following end point (url):

http://www.ws/powerforce/inet_sms/

IVR Interface

The IVR service is driven through Miva. On receipt of an IVR call, Miva forward a messge to to an internally hosted web service at the following end point (url):

http://www.ws/powerforce/inet_ivr/
