RAWS Queue Client work schedules- PowerForce Training™
Introduction
The first stage in completing regular scheduled work is to complete the set of client work schedules, where you define the required coverage. You have the ability to define particular shifts within the client work schedules to receive RAWS attention.

Introduction 
The client Work Schedules have been extended to accommodate the RAWS Time and Attendance options. As per the examples below, you have the ability to define individual shift level RAWS parameters.
In you had previously defined RAWS parameters at the client level, and then had an exception from the all encompasing settings, you can come to the work schedule shift level and set particular paramaters for the shift(s) in question.
