Introduction
To start off a RAWS monitor, you launch it, using the Queue Launcher window. The system will select your Workstation Location from the user login name profile that you have logged into PowerForce with. This value is used in conjuction with the TimeZone settings to align times in different states.
From the queue launcher, select the queue that you wish to monitor.

Multiple Queues
RAWS supports the setup of multiple queues so that you may split operational responsibility on regional boundaries or any mode that you wish to categorise your clients. Depending upon the hardware configuration of your PC, you may well start more than 1 queue from the same workstation if you so desire, just use the launcher more than once.
