Reports prior to processing - PowerForce Workshop™

Introduction

In order to manage payroll & invoicing whilst the current period is proceeding, PowerForce allows you to report on the payroll liability as well as to indicate your invoicing schedule.

Getting There:

[ Scheduling ] –> Scheduling Workbench / Reports / Costing Reports

or [Scheduling] -> Pre Invoice / Payroll Report

Pre Invoice Report

When you select to run the pre-invoice report, the screen changes to show you the criteria under which it will generate the report. Note in the image below, that you will report only on Client "T1", which in this instance is fine.

If you wanted to report on all sites, you would simply erase the T1.

Similarly with the dates, if you wish to report for a different period or just for a single date, change the values of Start & End date.
