The "Navigator" in the name given to the PowerForce menus system.

Overview
Having logged on to PowerForce, your menus will be set up according to the options that have been selected / set for you by your system administrator. Overall, the navigator looks like this:
PowerForce release prior to release 9, would have a navigator similar to the image below:
The area on the left pane, defines the modules to which you have access. Your particular job needs may well have fewer than the options shown above.
 Once you select an entry on the LHS by double clicking on the entry, the right hand side (RHS) pane will open with the actual options that you have access to.
Double click on the options in the RHS pane to run the particular process that you want.
