Introduction

Georgiou Group Pty Ltd are interested in getting a proposal from Powerforce to provide a Timesheet solution using the Award Interpreter software.

I have attached the following information to assist with you providing a proposal which has been prepared by our Business Improvement Leader, Chris Cooper.

  • A process review report
  • System Specification Report – Contains the different entry fields we require Award Interpreter to contain
  • Timberline Import formats – these can be in csv or txt format. All the data collated in Award Interpreter will not be imported into Timberline but the ones that will include:
    • Payroll Imports – Required for the processing our weekly payroll staff and in addition to this the charging of our salary staff to projects
    • Job Cost – Required for charging no payroll items directly to jobs cost – eg. External survey staff
    • Equipment Cost – required for charging our internal plant through to the project
