Introduction
The Georgiou timesheet project has collated & synchronised the various departmental requirements around an online time capture facility. The overall achievement of the project is that all the variations of timesheets are located in the single Timesheet database from where data processing and reporting can take effect.
Site Timesheet Processing
Site processing is based around the job / site. The site supervisor has the ability to:

Head Office
The overall role of the head office staff dealing with time sheets will be to
- Follow up on missing timesheets through reports
- Generate data imports from the raw timesheet data into the internal Georgiou systems, including
- Payroll import into Timberline
- Cost record import into Timberline
- Direct cost import into Timberline
- Revenue cost import into Timberline

Plant Dept Timesheets
The plant department has the ability to:
- Enter Plant staff timesheets
- Carry out an EQ revenue reversal for a previously entered time entry
- Report on all missing timesheets for plant across the company
- Manage the movement of plant between jobs
- Enter non-productive times across their staff timesheets
- Run various reports to show the productivity of all plant in the organisation
- Plant will enter a day's employee timesheet disecting the day into as many components as necessary. The details of the Plant timesheet entry can be located here.

Payroll Functionality
The payroll department has the ability to:
- Enter annual leave for all staff
- Report on missing timesheets for staff prior to running payroll
- To upload timesheet data electonically into Timberline
- Run a series of reports to show data in the Timesheet system
- Run a series of reports to analyse work hours by various categories
